Fixings
A choice of fixing options designed to accommodate different insert types and update needs.
Slip Grip
Slip grip fixing menu covers use discreet internal grips to hold your inserts securely in place, allowing for easy changes while maintaining a clean, professional finish.
Concealed Cord
The internal cord fixing is similar to cord and eyelet but designed for folded paper only, such as folding an A4 sheet to fit a 1/2 A4 cover. The insert slides under the cord for a simple, discreet display.
External Screws
The external screw fix is visible on the front of the cover, with screws passing through the cover and punched inserts to secure the menu firmly. The screws can be tightened by hand, with no screwdriver required.
Corded & Eyelet
The cord & eyelet fixing is designed for use with protective PVC pockets, allowing menu inserts to slide in easily. The cord secures the pockets in place.
Internal Screws
The internal screw fix works in a similar way to the external version but remains hidden from the outside. Screws are threaded through internal spine flaps, securing the hole-punched inserts neatly inside.
Corner Retainer
Corner mounts form small pockets at each corner, letting you slide your inserts neatly underneath for a clean, elegant look. This works especially well on fabric menu boards.
Parallel Bars
Similar to corner mounts, the parallel bar system uses two pockets that run across the top and bottom to allow you to slide the paper underneath each for a secure fixing.
Finishes
A variety of finishes are available to enhance the overall look and durability of the menu cover.
Debossed
Debossing presses the design into the material, creating a subtle, understated impression that feels refined and considered.
Printed
Our printing technique uses a stencil cut out in to the shape of your artwork and then ink is applied over it.
Foiled
Metallic foil applied for crisp, reflective impact.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the right menu cover size?
It depends on how your menu is used. A4 suits full food menus, A5 works well for drinks or desserts, and slimmer formats are ideal for wine lists or specials. If you’re unsure, we’ll recommend a size based on your content and layout.
Which material is best for busy hospitality environments?
For high traffic venues, durable materials such as Buckram or Vivella are popular as they’re hard wearing and easy to clean. For a more premium or distinctive look, we also offer leather, recycled leather and other bespoke finishes.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes. We offer a wide range of standard colours and can usually match closely to your brand palette. If you have brand guidelines or Pantone references, simply share them and we’ll advise on the best match.
What fixing option should I choose?
If you update menus regularly, slip grips or cords make quick changes easy. For a more permanent or premium feel, internal or external screws offer a secure, long lasting solution. We’re happy to guide you based on how often your menus change.
Are the covers easy to clean?
Yes. Most of our materials are designed for hospitality use and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. This helps keep your menus looking fresh even in busy environments.
Can I order bespoke shapes or sizes?
Do you offer bill presenters or matching accessories?
Yes. We can also produce matching bill presenters and other coordinated items so your table presentation stays consistent across your venue.
Can I see options before placing an order?
Of course. Once we understand your requirements, we can provide material suggestions, visuals and guidance so you can feel confident before going into production.
